We want to make sure everyone has the most accurate timeline for local civic events over the next few days. Please review these updates carefully, as a few plans in the community have shifted.

🛑 Tomorrow: Public Town Hall Canceled (May 27th)

If you were planning to attend the public Town Hall featuring Secretary of State Tobias Read tomorrow, Wednesday, May 27th, please note that the town hall portion of the evening has been canceled.

Please Note: The Lincoln County Democrats' regular monthly meeting is still happening tomorrow as scheduled—it is only the public town hall session with the Secretary of State that will no longer take place.

📍 Thursday: Our Off-Schedule Meeting Is ON! (May 28th)

Our own off-schedule meeting is moving forward exactly as planned this Thursday, May 28th, at 12:15 pm. Whether you want to join us face-to-face or from the comfort of home, we have you covered:

• In Person: Join us at the Newport Public Library (35 NW Nye St, Newport, OR 97365). We will be gathering in the McEntee Meeting Room.

• Virtually: You can stream and participate in the meeting directly online.
